The free DIY alternative

  1. Remove yourself from 192.com (free form).
  2. Opt out of the open register ↗ so fewer brokers get your details.
  3. Send our UK GDPR erasure template to other brokers. They have a month to reply and usually can't charge. [source: ICO]
  4. Register with TPS ↗ and MPS ↗ to cut calls and post.

What DIY doesn't do: it won't automatically resend requests every few months, so set a reminder to check again.
